If what you say is true, that accomplishes what exactly?

CIR didn't exclude anyone who entered without inspection. Same goes for DACA and the DREAM Act.

Ah, but CIR doesn't exclude anyone who is physically present in the United States as of fill-in-the-blank final date, does it? There is your answer.

They're out on parole the way I was when we accidentally came to the US. They get a parole card until their trial. Asylum trials are not easy at all. Unless they can prove that their lives would be in immediate danger if they're sent back to Mexico, they're SOL. If I was the immigration attorney (whatever they're called), my first question would be "You say you can't be sent to Mexico because it's too dangerous and you have no life there, yet you crossed the border once all by yourself without being deported. Obviously, it's not unsafe."

In the old days Prior to 1996, they would have been "excluded" from entry which would have spared the EWI, but that no longer is the case.

yeah its pretty much the same thing as if you were to be placed in removal of proceedings , you bond out but still have to be going to courts etc. as you said , trial , either way tho , im glad their out from , eloy , not a place where you want to be , not a place for any human being to be , ...

What kind of credible fear are they trying to claim? Its Mexico for gods sake; its not like they are getting sent back to Ethiopia or Mali. Are they going to go the route of "Oh no the scary drug traffickers are going to get me"..

True. As long this a-to-pass-CIR does not have anything silly like left the country or anything ridiculous like that, they should be okay

All of you calling them idiots are fuckin naive, selfish ass privileged kids

all i got to say is as a co-founder of theniya you all make me sick..

if it wasnt for the leadership of theniya DACA would never happen.. the dream act would have never even had a vote in 2010 etc etc..

what they're doing is much greater than themselves..theyre trying to set a narrative that most of you just wont understand ..and its fucking sickening
