I hate to say it but if she can't figure that out on her own, there isn't much you can do except remind her that you won't support her once she can't find any work or go to school and her boyfriend has kicked her out.

How old is your sister?

how about you drive through a check point, show the officer your drivers license and then after you pass it park somewhere and show your sister how many cars are being taken away probably because the driver doesn't have a drivers license.
