Bruh.
Seriously though it would be kinda funny if he doesn't do anything.

I hope that's not the case. Even if he only helps parents of USC, at least my parents would qualify. Let's keep our fingers crossed that he does something. I've been praying so let's hope my prayers are heard.

Aman brah your plight is heard loud and clear for sure. But rest assured, you will definitely be included! The executive action thats about to be announced is most likely a COMPREHENSIVE one in nature. As long as you can prove the numbers in terms of how long you've been here and so on, you will be included for sure! Just think about it logically. It would make NO SENSE for a huge number of individuals to be left out because they are going to put tons of energy into this announcement. Just relax and things will fall in place. Knock on wood.

My Prayer: "Dear God, I want to ask you, "Did I live my life earnestly today?" I know that you're still working on me though I dare you to confess with a perspective of human being, that this whole thing got way too deep in my life isn't what a normal human being is able to do."

Crossing my fingers. Fortunately, I have a lot of proof from middle school and High School report cards, apartment leases, yelp check ins, library cards, traffic tickets, etc.

When time comes we will help ya with the app. It's good to keep it plain and simple. School records and leases will suffice in proving the number of years and time present in U.S.

Thanks, but I'm not even going to use the bathroom without getting with my lawyer first! I've gone to this particular lawyer since 1999 and each time it's been the office where dreams die as he has shot down all ideas -

"Nope, you can't get a teaching certificate as it requires blahblahblah visa. You should get married.".
"Nope, the company with your family member there can't sponsor you because it would show a conflict. You should get married. "
"
"Nope, you shouldn't try any work sponsorship now as it's really dangerous to even expose yourself . One of my clients was detained, but his name was Mohammad. It's scary out there. You really should get married. Hey how about one of those nice girls from your culture?" Funny since at the time I was having a lot of problems with the nice girl from my culture and I told him"Yeah I need another one of those girls like I need a hole in my head".
.
.
So, it would be nice to go in his office and for once he'll say "No shit, this applies to you! Give $5000 to the girl at the front desk and bring me this info".

$5k retainer for what will likely be an easy application should Obama announce it? That seems a little outrageous. Personally, I think a good lawyers job is not to say no to everything but work for finding a yes solution.
