You're absolutely right. We wouldn't be having this problem now if the face of undocumented immigration is a white, blond, blue-eyed child.

Of course this is a racial issue. Why would the white men in power in America legalize millions of brown and yellow immigrants and make it harder for them to hold on to their positions?

They didn't harm you. Or did one of them sneak over to your house, stab you, and run off with your life savings?

Our existence "harms" those legal migrants and Americans who compete for the same jobs as us. We lower their wages, slightly. Should they therefore be against us staying? Of course not. They have no right to their jobs, and in the aggregate they still benefit economically.

These children may have changed the political calculus involved in the current immigration debate, but we have no right to have politics go any specific way. If you look at the data this 'surge' of children has been occurring since the early Obama administration, and would have likely occurred under a McCain or Romney administration. These children did not come here to harm you. They came for a better life.

One cannot be blamed for abstract harm they cause others. It is fortunate this is the case or we'd have people being sued for being ugly!

Well, the majority of people don't think people like you are in this messed up situation. You'd also get more love if your eyes were blue lol. Oh they didn't harm me? Why is it that they are now considered to be here legally and I'm not? Why is it that there was going to be an announcement on executive orders in June and as soon as June came around, they all showed up asking for permisos?
