Late 40's Dreamer (Holy Fucking shit I'm almost 50 and still dealing with this), aged out of original DACA and didn't have a chance to apply for extended DACA after Republicans killed it on the vine.

So just one guy is holding off the lives of millions of people?
I don't think the judge is against DACA Expansion, the question was if Obama'a Admin was within the limits of his actions.

worry more about the next president not renewing daca than it being overturned by a court. the reason the judge stopped expansion was because of numbers. which is the reason daca was so small in the first place. they were worried if it was too many people then it would get overturned. if i remember correctly obama had to be convinced daca was even legal.

There were an estimated 1.8 -1.8 million dreamers that qualified for DACA back in 2012. The original DACA was already way over the number of any other immigration executive action taken in the Past. The only other executive action that came close was president kennedy's executive action for cuban refugees back in the 1960's (1 million)

Not worried when the next President take effect in Jan of 2017.

I am most worried about the recent article that says to implement the law except Texas.
