The difficulty of living here doesn't even come close to the difficulty life is back home. I still remember going to bed hungry under a leaky roof and that was it. Life here even undocumented is 100x better than back home. Why else are we all here?

Also true. However, in perspective, life as undocumented (the original argument earlier in the thread) is a lot harder than having any legal status. That's not debatable, imo.

I definitely see where you're coming from but I think you need to understand everyone has their days/moments of hopelessness. Truth is if most of us here weren't strong we might not have made it this far with all the obstacles we've had to overcome. If we look hard enough we can always find someone who has it worse.

For my fellow older dreamers stay encouraged. We'll get a chance to begin to live out some of our dreams very soon! In the meantime I'm ready for the NFL draft

I'm waiting for this to blow over in our favor. I want to start applying for analyst jobs. I have that "put me in coach" feeling right now. This 5th circuit should look at the fact that most economic studies on the matter show that the outcome will either be a wash or a positive contribution. How could they deny someone with such a nice smile the ability to work. If things don't workout. I might try my chances in Hollywood or Bollywood.

or maybe chinese dramas youd fit in right in.

Listen, undocumented life here is not in the levels of USCS but its above our situation back home, if they say they are removing DACA we can't just say, "OMG THE SITUATION HERE IS GETTING WORSE!" no its going back to where it was before 2012 and even then we still stubbornly refuse to leave and stay here because we had our lives all made here.
