When does the 5th make a decision? This month sometime?

Will it go to Supreme Court and get a decision before 2016 elections?

What are 2nd and 3rd options?

Any more updates?

Here's the leaked memo. I read thru it all and it seems Obama will tweak DHS (department of homeland security) and will hand out work permits to those who over stayed their visa, EWI, and lawfully present individuals. Expect more Information by November 15.

2 options about to whom grant an EAT
option 1: Overstays, EWI, none covered 1-140
option 2: Above but 1-140 approved

I think that I-140 will be required. Better question how will other requirements be. Will it require one to have been in US before the date, or will it require one to have an approved I-140 before the date?

I just browsed it but doesn't it say in big bold letters on the top that this only applies to those who have had an approved I-140 petition? That's a very very small minority of undocumented people.

PS. that whole site is for the advocacy of LEGAL workers.

no, that memo is saying its laying down two options

options 1 - Benefits overstayers, EWI, ect people with out an I140
option 2 - Benefits Oversrayers, EWI, everyone I140 approve

if this thing goes further, we are looking into option 2
