sigh, to be honest I don't feel bad about it at least not for my parents, foreveryone else, it sucks I wish you guys could benefit from it. I talked to my dad about it and he just straight said he doesn't even care for it. I am not sure if it was the denial or something but he just straight told me he was fine with his overstay status

This is actually good news. No surprise on this decision. I also read somewhere that if there is a decision before end of November then there would be enough time for Supreme Court to make decision.

So it looks like we should expect a favorable decision sometime next summer?
