I just need the supreme court to play ball with Obama and I'll be on the path to citizenship muahaha. Otherwise, I'm screwed for some time.

Texas can ask for a delay but I really hope the Supreme Court sees though the stalling tactics and doesn't play the game.

Late 40's Dreamer (Holy Fucking shit I'm almost 50 and still dealing with this), aged out of original DACA and didn't have a chance to apply for extended DACA after Republicans killed it on the vine.

So we should hear something before Dec 20th? If SC does not approve the delay that eDACA has the green light right away right? That means it would not even go as far as June.
