The problem is why didn't they ask for additional info? Either they did and it wasn't enough or OP thought to himself that maybe all of the requirements one of them finishing school or having an GED ( it's even dumb to assume he was awarened being enrolled in a program was enough) didn't apply to them. Now if they did request for additional info and OP sent his evidence for being enrolled then I wouldn't bother applying. But then if this was the decision with out getting a request for more info then by all means save up money and reapply again

I got approved for DACA also got my biometrics done, but then when i sent my application I wasn't enrolled in school, then i took a ged test but I failed. So I decided to get enrolled in an alternative program for ged classes, after they sent me a letter for RFE and Currently enrolled in school. I asked the administrator of the program for a letter to show the program is effective.

However this does not mean you cannot reapply again to create a new case. Many people here had their first application denied for the same reason as OP. Solution was to reapply with a new package. Yes you will have to pay the fees and biometrics all over again.

Pretty much, yeah. Unappealable means that if they deny it that application is dead, it does not make you ineligible to refile if you fucked up the filing, or you later become eligible.
Understood now 👍👍👍👍

So right now now I'm currently in a GED class, and for what I know that applies as "Currently Enrolled in School" meaning I can try again and reapply for DACA now that I'm taking ged classes?

It clearly states here.

Sorry to say, but seek an attorney's advice or immigration group in your area for help. I'm not sure about reapplying, just seek legal help to see where you stand and make sure this time you do get approved.

If you are under 18yrs old then apply under "currently enrolled in school" if you are 18+ i suggest you get your GED before you apply. reason i say this is because im 18+ and am on my second application because the first one i didnt have an accredited high school diploma and half way through my process i was rfe'd because of diploma not being accredited. I sent back proof that i had been currently enrolled and 2 months later they denied my application because it wasnt accredited and wasn'nt enrolled at time of applying. i got my doploma 12.11.15 and reapplied on 12.23.15. Dont try and beat around their bush, just get it done so you dont have to worry about it anymore! Good Luck!

First Application:
9/29/14 - NSC
10/22/14 - BIO
6/14/15 - RFE
8/6/15 - DENIED
(High school not accredited)

Second Application:
12.23.15 - WAC
1.25.16 - BIO

Where does it say you cannot send a NEW application? This is regarding the decision made regarding this specific application but does not barred us from applying again.

OP Don't listen to ECL lots of people on this forum were denied for your exact reason, got the right evidence and submitted a new package and got approved. Lots of people here

GET A GED AND RE-APPLY, DONE.

You don't want to run into them denying the application once again because they might say "Ged classes" does not mean "currently enrolled in school". And there goes another $465.

You can certainly re-apply for a NEW application, you cannot appeal the current one that got denied.
