I was also asked details about our apartment, asked how I met my husband, asked whether my husband has ever met my parents and siblings, I was asked their names, I was asked if we had ever taken any trips together. The interviewer asked us to leave some pictures from our photo album and also provide any documents that shows comingling. We had bills with our names on them as well as insurance documents. We were thankfully approved on the spot.
That amazing. Congrats

Hi! First of all, Congrats!

Did you also submit i-765 form along with the forms you sent? My daca/ead is expiring beginning of November 2016. My husband is a US Citizen and wants to petition for me, we are planning to submit the forms I-130,I-485, I-864 and i-765(for renewal), are there any other forms that we need to submit? Thank you.

@Freshh: Thank you very much! How are you?
@gli: Thank you! Please don't forget to include the G-325A forms for you and a separate one for your husband with your I-130; the sealed I-693 goes with the I-485 and of course if you'd like to be notified when USCIS accepts your application then also the G1145 form as well. When we filed back in October I still had over a year left on my EAD so I did not bother filing it at the time although a week before I received my interview appointment I filed for an I-765 under my then pending Green Card petition since you do not need to pay any additional fees for it (I was a bit nervous about when my interview would be so I went ahead and filed for an EAD) However I would definitely encourage you to file for it now as you've planned on doing. When you file for it as one of our members here Denise said, file for it as a new petition not a renewal since it will be under a different category not under DACA.

@gli: You are welcome, good luck with your application continue to ask any questions you have. Please make sure you gather as much evidence as possible showing comingling of finances (like bills, joint accounts) and also trips you took together and pictures.
@Deaniswow: Thank you!
