Melania Trump is basically the personification of republican stance on immigration: "I got in, so fuck all of you".

FOIA on her I-485 would be interesting, especially if she claimed that she didn't work illegally. While admitting to it wouldn't prevent her from adjusting status, it is misrepresentation. Watch her get placed before an immigration court for rescission and removal proceedings.

She'd go back to being illegal, and her and toupee would need another I-130, I-485, and I-601 waiver to get her legalized again. Imagine if I-601 were denied and she were deported?

Next to getting my own legal status or a bunch of money, this would make me the happiest person.

Imagine they go to the interview and the USCIS agent tells them "Mr. Trump, we're not convinced that our refusal to grant this waiver will cause you extreme hardship. Maybe you can move to Slovenia with her".

I could also imagine that most immigration lawyers would tell him to go fuck himself. Trump is literally the worst thing for their business. No CIR, no DACA, no DAPA, no other administrative actions.

if Hilary couldnt be be charged by the leak emails, and all that bad stuff Chyno was preaching about, I very doubt anything can happen to Trump.
