Remember guys, do not sign the voluntary self deport. Let it go to court. It will give you time to stay here in the USA.

But we won't resort to that. I feel something good will happen.

Actually this is the best option I think

Doesn't this:

1) Give us access to a renewed EAD while our case is in court?

2) Possibility of a win in court and we get to stay in the USA indefinitely without the need for DACA?

I think you might be right. Although I do not know how Rudy Giuliani would rule on your favor.

Who knows, it may seem out of place for Giuliani to butt into the process of deportation cases, it just seems weird for him (or anyone for that matter) to personally target that specific type of case in the court system.

And Giuliani may be more immigrant friendly than not...not too sure about this though as I do not know his stance on immigration...

Out of all the republicans that supported trump, I will say Giuliani is the most pro immigration republican. He was the mayor of NYC, and he should understand how much undocumented immigrates contribute to the society. If Trump selects Session as the head of DHS, I will say we will be doomed then.

Christie is also empathetic to immigrants' plight.

Remember all appointees have to be confirmed by the senate..

I think that as long as they get the wall and end birthright citizenship (which even Linsey Graham is supportive of), we will be on a path to legal status.

CIR is finally coming....
