If Obama does something rn all the racist hillbilly trump supporters would pressure him to get even. With them it's all about winning.

I believe that in fact, democrats want to helps us and they really care about the well being of dreamers. I think that the best course of action would be to push for actual legislation, they will have some bargaining power in the senate. If some republicans take initiative to discuss immigration I think with a pardon, it would be a bit more urgent to take care of the situation.

They are talking about 750,000 who came here as kids. Fund their stupid wall and give us a lifeline.

I totally understand. Personally, I have never understood how DREAM Act failed time and time again. But, we're the "scary brown people" which is enough of a reason to deny us a chance in this country, apparently.

...oh and maybe the lie that we'll petition for 12 relatives in [INSERT COUNTRY OF ORIGIN HERE].

I don't think Democrats and Obama would go through with a pardon unless it would fully protect us from retaliation.

Because that only works for a few. Pardon is a stupid idea

Like no immigration bill at all. Not even a consideration for legalization to illegals.

It would benefit everyone if it includes the pardon of any accrued unlawful presence. Maybe not directly or immediately.

Okay. So now what? You wanna go to your home country and wait years to get into the US? This works for those with USC relatives not the rest

Why would he even consider a bill to legalize anyone if he can't even protect the most vulnerable/lowest priority cases?

If DACA ends, most dreamers will have nothing to protect them being deported and banned.
