Prosecute those that overstayed their visa? As in most undocumented individuals currently in the USA...am I missing something...lol...

Not us but those that do after 2017. That is something Trump wants to do..

It won't affect us or prior people that overstayed.

Kris and Trump going that hard on immigration and leaving the 11 million undocumented individuals currently in the USA alone...I don't see that happening...but hey crazier stuff has happened I suppose .

You are delusional, Kobach will go after all of us. He is the one who is thinking really hard about how to take away DACA and screw us in the most deviant ways. you should have no doubt that he will target us first once he has our information.

I am not sure what the procedure is,

I was thinking of getting married, I want to ask.

Could these morons hypothetically put a stop to AOS without congress. Meaning can the DHS secretary stop issuing green cards with the help of the president?

I can really see this happening if Kobach is in charge of DHS and such thing is possible.

Notice how Trump is appointing staunch anti immigrants to high offices. It seems to be Trumps only criteria.

Let's wait and see. Remember people thought Hillary was going to win.

Yes,

While we wait I would sell anything you have. Get rid of any debt you have.

By your same reasoning, "There will be no mass deportations".

What can we do, but wait.

"We either have a country or we don't" Everyone affected by trump policies will not go down without a fierce fight, rendering the US a fail state IMHO, the divided states of America. If what I'm saying holds true, the founding fathers were fundamentally wrong, there's not such country trump is referring to.
