I never understood the argument that we're stealing jobs from Americans, especially DACA. I mean citizens and PRs interview for the same positions we did. Is it really our fault that we just happen to be more qualified for the job than the actual citizens and PRs? It's a dumb argument.

I think he was referring to foreign work visas. If he wants to mention daca he will do so.

He's probably going to try to roll back how many foreign work visas are provided but I don't see Paul Ryan being too keen on this.

No he is referring to the stagnation of wages ushered in by companies hiring cheaper foreign labor. Both skilled and unskilled.
