The problem is that she would not have proof of any hacking. Suspicion of the results would most likely be insufficient to reverse the election results.

I believe it is better to let it be. Let trump be president for next 4 years and let this be a lesson to the DNC. Hopefully in 4 years we will have a strong candidate.
