What is the chance the lawsuit will block this order under Session as AG? Can it be like eDACA?

Yup, even worse the order is poorly written and probably intentionally to be as wide as possible. Trump has no idea what he signs tho. This smells like Sessions

If Trump can't be impeached, then moving to California sounds great. I live in Kansas so I'm sure this state will follow all his executive actions. I'm freaking out. I don't feel safe here.
