Half the time its a misdemeanor in Cali. I made the mistake of just paying the ticket and didn't go to court to get it reduced to an infraction

I really do feel for people worrying about extremely MINOR charges and misdeameanors like speeding related and what not but others with major shit like convicted DUI and other stuff like that, I don't feel bad for them. I don't want to be associated with them in this fight. In other words, I just don't want myself to be known as that criminal dreamer looking for amnesty.

Every dreamer I've encountered feels the same.

I have a no DL after a drunk person crashed into me 9 years ago. I went to court and was dismissed. The judge did not even tell me to pay a fine or anything, she just asked if I could get a license and when I said no. She said I could go. Not sure if that is even on my record or if it was kept by the court.

Well my bf has a misdemeanor for disorderly conduct. Some guy started a fight with him and he was just defending himself. I just hate that now people will have shit like that against them

If traffic infractions are part of this, I'll have to go in hiding.

Realistically the court systems will be so clogged if they start going after undocumented with traffic infractions. Though that doesn't mean some people won't get snared up in this all.

The key term in the executive order is CRIMINAL OFFENSE. Not traffic infractions or fix it tickets. Don't fear monger.
