Did they say anything about extended DACA?

So I was right, DACA would stand. I would not be surprised, and call me crazy for this, I think Trump would introduce a legislation protecting the parents within at most a year. A bill that will be attached to Border Wall funding.

I noticed this, too.

Guys, they didn't cancel the policy extension of DACA. This is good news because there are a lot of highly educated dreamers who aged out or narrowly missed the 'entered by' date.

The thing is that eDACA is not new policy, simply an amendmend to the age limit and the extension of the work authorization from 2 to 3 years. Could it he that they plan on allowing the extension? If so, incredibly important news!

Who has contacts who can find out?

I saw on breitbart that it was done too. I don't like there because I don't want them to have any extra clicks.

Read the official statements directly from USCIS. eDACA is done for, just like DAPA:

Quote:
The Memorandum also directed USCIS to expand the coverage criteria under the 2012 DACA policy to encompass aliens with a wider range of ages and arrival dates, and to lengthen the period of deferred action and work authorization from two years to three (“Expanded DACA”).

eDACA was also attached. What happens to eDACA since it was also part of 4-4 Supreme Court decision?

Expanded DACA also officially died. Also 3 year renewals are no more if you want to make this about yourselves.
You sure eDACA also ended? It only mentions DAPA.

That means eDACA can go to Supreme Court again for votes?

It doesn't have to mention it. That entire memo is gone. DAPA, 3 year renewals, and Expanded DACA were there.
