This makes me feel uneasy, lets be realistic for a second here, Sessions will make everything in his power to make DACA unconstitutional.... But on the other side Trump is in our favor, heck even secretary Kelly is with us....

We will have to wait and see what happens this summer.

This dynamic will make the outcome of this legal query interesting.

Worst case scenario we lose our things and we go back to square one. Best case scenario we gain legal status.

I don't know. Can we get a middle of the road decision.

Can Sessions go rogue?

He can, he has full confidence of the president to do whatever the fuck he wants.

Trump wants to keep DACA alone.

But could Sessions hurt DACA, in opposition to Trump?

Trump could say "i did all i could. AG says DACA is illegal. So it is over."

Trump could put all blame for ending DACA on Sessions.

And Sessions would gladly accept the blame.
