The opposition to this amendment by these GOP is the exactly same thing I worry about if it comes to legislative solution for DACA

They can be opposed to it all they want. At the end of the day we only need a slim majority to support us.

I wouldn't say they. I would some of them. Remember some Republicans say "they are criminals" and that's not true only some of us are criminals.

Don't be like those people

Someone asked a question and I answered it. Any school can explain how a bill is passed. It's not a secret.

It's the same thing with healthcare, they could easily repeal it with no replacement like they previously tried doing countless times.
Actually the House did vote to cancel DACA while Obama was President. It never went to the Senate.

Well, some are sympathetic, I would say some even would legitimately help us.

Some others would do anything to see us leave the country no matter how exemplary or good. We could have the key to curing ebola and they would still say, deport!

Basically propose an amendment to remove the text from the bill. After which the house may vote on it and either approve or deny it by a majority vote.

The house may also consider the bill under closed rules where no amending is permitted and the bill as is is given an up/down vote.

Also back to the topic, of course it's a republican from Alabama. That shithole should've never been readmitted as a State and eventually ceded to Cuba.
