I definitely would not qualify for the original or the 2010 Dream Act due to being old but what the hell did they expect? A lot has happened since 2001 when it was first introduced! Age limit of 30 in 2001 made some sense though it could have potentially left some dreamers out (pretty much anybody who came after 1982 above age of 11...anybody before 1982 would have qualified for 1986 amnesty)but given how long these things take to pass, it's good the 2017 version doesn't have age limit.

Late 40's Dreamer (Holy Fucking shit I'm almost 50 and still dealing with this), aged out of original DACA and didn't have a chance to apply for extended DACA after Republicans killed it on the vine.

I really hope they pass this bill, not the RACA. so people like you can qualify too.

RACA doesnt have an age limit. BRIDGE Act does.

At this point I'd take RACA too but that still continues the journey for something that leads to citizenship down the line. This Dream Act is perfect.

I did not support the 2010 version because for the first time that version age an age cap.

Current version of DA is more lenient then ever because for the first time 17 and under are included instead of 15 and under. I still support the current DA of 2017 as well as RACA.
