Not needed if they pass DreamAct/RAC Act. The opportunity for permanent relief is at the door.

I doubt judge Hanen cares since they are simply adding Daca to an existing lawsuit. They need to schedule a vote for relief and all of you, us, need to do work and write, call, and advocate.

Can the AG sue even if the administration choices to not defend the program? What would happen if they sue? Would the injunction be lifted?

Well a poster here recently noted that the Massachusetts Governor supports DACA. He is a Republican.

You need to explicitly give credit to jaylove16 for stating that or he will come after you saying "who made you my spokesman?"

This will ultimately end up @ Supreme Court. Dems will sue in the 9th district and DACA will be upheld. Reps will sue in the 5th district court and will probably win. But, remember 1 court can block or allow it to continue. i.e. 5th court denies it and blocks it, 9th court allows it to continue. Differences between appeals court makes it go to the supreme court. SC wont be in session until later in the year and wont rule until June unless they accept an expedited ruling. I think is DAPA was a tie I think DACA has a change to be held up.
