Our only chance to preserve the program is if it can somehow be stopped or tossed out by either a lower court or scotus

But what if new Homeland Security, or Trump decide to scrap the policy. Then they won't need to go court.
Trump will not try to defend anything until he gets his money for the wall.

the House already allocated $1.6 billion for his wall.

its up to senate democrats & republicans to find a compromise on the wall funds in exchange for some sort of legalization relief for the DREAMers.

That's the least likely scenario. Trump would of ended the program by now

Can you explain? The maldef brief stayed that they were asked if their lawsuit included DACA and they stated it did not.
