Well my lawyer 15 years ago told me that any laws that are passed will make things harder, not easier so it's best to file petitions as soon as you can...

Why do some users always ask these dumb questions? Nobody here is Purdue or Cotton... which means nobody has seen the bill's text. Be patient until the text is released...

How is it white supremacy when this bill will affect just about anyone who wants to come to the US but isn't highly skilled in a profession that is in a shortage because their nations don't have enough resources to educate them like Ukraine and Uzbekistan?

I personally think this is moving in the right direction. I would certainly hope that there could be a compromise, meaning reform the system for modern times in exchange for legalization. Not that that will happen but worth putting it out there.

Besides, Trump claims the border is secured...

Also most of these educated people will not be white...

Most Brown and Asian people...
