i said it before. the more they delay it to the due date, the higher chances of Trump keeping DACA.

Sept 5 is the best day for drama to announce it. And we know our pres likes dat drama and ratings.

I think it doesn't take rocket science to say Trump is with us for DACA. If the Sept 5th lawsuit threat didn't exist, DACA would have continued. Otherwise Trump would have cancelled in january.

To me, it's Trump trying to work with Paxton and other state AGs to extend the deadline. If he's not successful by the 5th, he'll end the program with our permits lapsing (i don't think he will end our permits all at once suddenly). Trump would have done that already if he wanted that.
