If congress does not do shit after 6 months, Trump might still change his mind and keep DACA, basically giving the finger to all those AGs wanting to sue, that is if they haven't sued already.

The AGs are suing on Tuesday, what matters is if they place an immediate injunction or not.

The backlash from trump saying he will end the program, even in 6 months, will be imprinted in the minds of our congress should they do nothing

You can't place an injunction on a program that already exists, besides, any decision would be stayed pending appeal.
