I must disagree a bit. More like Congress could save us.

Republicans have all the right to be seeking something in return...

Aka they won the election. Asking for a clean bill is only politics.

Through executive action? So far most of his EOs have been blocked.

Through leadership? Lol. Yeah

Trump cannot save us. He gave up the power he has to save us and punted the ball to Congress.

Call your reps today!! Dont put it off anymore, make your voices heard, posting your frustation and ideas on this forum will not solve anything at all, call your reps and tell them what you feel amd want! This is the time to act, my reps office is only 5 mins from my house so i spoke with him before he left back to dc last week. MAKE YOUR VOICES HEARD! Even if your rep is a republican call and leave a message with what you want. Midterm elections are next year dont forget that.

I think congress will get something done, the bridge act at least. If not, I do have the song that I will use when I go back home, so fitting: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6k3lXntkdNQ

Isn't it 6 months plus whatever remains of your work permit? Or I read wrong?
