This is tremendous.

Because DACA is not a law.

If DACA was a law and Trump decided to not uphold it, then states have the grounds to sue.

But DACA was not a law, it was a presidential executive order that presidents could terminate at will, as is the case with Trump's termination.

Still, the repeal probably violates APA, so it might get tied up in court for a few years.
