Elf - Yes. You also mentioned that some 2 million people would qualify. We should be careful in defining who are the DACA recipients and who would qualify. President wants merit-based immigration policy and I support it.
Cruz - Should those illegal should be eligible for government assistance?
Elf - People should not be allowed to enter illegally and then demand legal benefits. Last thing we should want to do is subsidize.
