"We're not kicking the can down to March."

Damn right.
It's politics Dreamers. Something is in the works behind closed doors and I wouldn't be surprised if they've already established a middle-ground to negotiate from. Theres going to be comments from both sides highlighting their requirements, it's going to appear polarized at times (which we've seen), there's going to be partisan support (which we've seen), and this will continue until the day comes when it comes up for a vote.

All we can do is speculate; however, I feel more comfortable this time around. Much has changed since 2010 Dreamers. Do yourself a favor and enjoy your day. Don't let it affect your work. Don't let it consume your time. Don't let it affect your relationships. There is nothing we can do directly, but sit and wait. What we do have control over is how we respond to the outcome. Always prepare for anything. In this case, you won't be disappointed if the worst case scenario happens. Be aware that anything can happen. Be optimistic but be prepared, always.

The above is applicable not just to the future of the Dream Act, rather anything you will come across in the future.

I agree with this attitude, but disagree with the approach. If people just sit on the sidelines waiting for 'the deal', we lose power.

Remember this is how Democrats bought time and erased pressure for the Dream Act.
Until we know when in the next 30 days Dream Act passes or is signed, keep the pressure.
