Anyways this is what happens when you spend the past 8 years obstructing the President. Suddenly you get a trifecta and you have no idea what to do or how to do it because a significant majority of people in your party are radicals whose votes cannot be spent on anything reasonable.

So it's really two things:
1. Weak and ineffective President that would lock himself in the basement of White House and watch fox 24/7 if he could.
2. Stupid and ineffective congress in the era of never before seen partisanship.
