I get what you're saying, and while that may be true, that's pretty much impossible. Actors with that much clout/fame have to travel globally, have typically worked/acted for a long period of time, and generally have a camera in every nook and cranny of their lives. Considering DACA's lifespan has been so short, I'd argue it's not enough time for someone to go from a nobody to a household name. If someone did, it'd be YUUUGE. Arguably more impressive than DiCaprio being a DACA recipient.

You are wrong. You are not a "mere" medic. You can save lives and literally change them for many In some ways, you are more awesome than this actor although his bravery is something we all should admire.

Even EB-1 is subject to the same re-entry ban bullshit. Maybe an O-1 visa with D3 waiver but that's a leap of faith no one wants to take.

Leave it up to some dreamers on this forum to find the negative in everything . They don’t do nothing to advance the cause and sit in the comfort of their homes and critique people stepping up and actually doing something to promote our cause . Pretty infuriating! Although he is not a house hold name , he has been or is in some pretty big movies and shows . It takes balls to do what he did in my opinion.

Bamba has played parts in high-profile film projects such as “Suicide Squad” and “Black Panther.” He’s also done a lot of work on TV series such as “SEAL Team,” “The Good Place,” “The Following,” “The Sopranos” and many more. Now, he’s come forward to The Los Angeles Times to spread awareness in the wake of the Trump administration looking to end Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), which president Obama’s administration created in 2012.

He is brave bc he is telling people about his immigration status. He is also bringing more attention to DACA. I respect that and appreciate the support. I suggest you do the same

FYI he is a military leader in the new movie Black Panther. The article made it seem like he was the main guy or one of the top actors. Pretty cool nonetheless.

I don’t think I have ever seen you post any common sense since you joined this forum. I won’t even begin to answer your dumb question of what will happen to him if a legislative solution doesn’t pass through congress.
