Schumer restates Democrats list of priorities, including opioid funding, CHIP, community health centers, FISA, a bipartisan spending agreement with parity and disaster aid.

I like this strategy. Get the things the American citizens want for this CR. In January, with the long term bill, demand the dream act as a requirement for their votes.
