I'm guessing "amnesty for all" is referring to DV lottery visas being given to TPS, so that needs to end. End DV lottery, changed it to merit based, must have a college education. Add more money for security. He's asking for $20b+ and they're offering $1.6b+, nothings getting done with that much of a gap.

I just don’t understand why the Democrats are playing hardball with the Visa Lottery and Chain Migration. People saying its to save something to bargain with when it comes to Comprehensive Immigration Reform — understand that if Republicans control any branch of Government, they will not ever agree to CIR. The only way for it to ever pass is complete Democrat control. Saving these bargaining chips for later means absolutely nothing.
