This income requirement continues *forever* no matter what. It demonstrates that the House GOP considers DACA recipients nothing more than the workers, not Americans or people independent of the value of the labor—and only if they maintain a certain level of productivity.

This status would not come with the automatic right to travel outside the country either. Dreamers would have to pay even more fees to apply to DHS. And they couldn’t leave for more than 2 weeks at a time. No long vacations, study abroad, extended family emergencies.

If Dreamers become poor, take too long vacation, or leave school for 90 days for any reason, they would not only be deported—they would be criminals. First offense, up to 6 months in federal prison. A second offense, up to 2 years. THIS is the status the GOP is offering Dreamers

I honestly would rather leave the US than apply for that.

I would rather not have anything pass than have this piece of shit bill pass. Dems won’t allow it though so we’re good. Honestly people, just apply for renewals and work on finding a US Citizen to fall in love with. That’s my plan as the fucking evil GOP obviously hates us.

Yes, the Goodlatte bill is a shit bill. Too bad this is the only bill Ryan supports and will bring to a vote.

Yea.... no.

This requires us to have "clear and convincing evidence" that we need to work in order to apply for this NON-immigrant status, along with other bs, CONTINUALLY every 3 years.

Then they can reject 95% of people and say "we helped the dreamers".

...

As a bonus, we ALL have to pay $1k within 1 year to pay for the fucking wall.
