If you renew and then the supreme court votes 3-3 doesn't it just cancel your work permit?

I said it in another thread. They are only doing a 1 year extension to use us for their political campaigns. This a freaking joke already.

Its a gamble but they can choose not to make changes retroactively. There is a reason why Trump administration didn't ask for an immediate injunction.

Most likely congress is going to pass a bandaid resolution for us.

No the momentum was in September when it looked very real like daca would end. Then trump signed that extension and everyone went oh we have time now. He'll sign another one and the same thing will be said.

Judge Scalia was dead during that time. lol (kind of.)

if its a tie, it originally goes back to the lower court ruling, which is the 9th circuit i believe?

but there cant be a tie now cuz there are 9 judges.
