Well no shit he wants it passed now. After the second court ruling, Republicans lost some leverage and can't say "It's do or die March 5." Plus, it's obvious Republicans want to do something with immigration BEFORE the elections come up because then they can ride the wave of "Look at us, we keep our promises" thus hyping their base and getting more votes. However, if they don't do shit, they look stupid and pressured Dreamers will rally in full support of Dems. It is in the Republicans best interest to get it done NOW.. But if they go Goodlatte Bill, they can suck my fucking dick and enjoy the blue wave

I am so fucking sick of people still freaking out about Goodlattle bill. That shit is Right wing version of Dream Act.
If you know for a fact Dream Act is never going to pass, then why the f would you even think this shit will pass.
IF anything is going to pass, it's going to be what the White House proposed.

Also, think about it. Democrats have most to gain from immigration inaction. DACA can still renew until supreme court ruling, no wall, no, border security, we still have visa lottery and chain migration.
Trump and GOP can try to blame it on Democrats but this doesn't make them look good since this will piss off both supporters.
I believe nothing will be done until March. Who knows, so far they have done such masterful job at screwing everything up so they might surprise me and extend it even further down the road.

Are you aware that the Grassley bill takes away our due process rights. So basically, you sign away your rights to see a judge and ICE can pick you up and ship you out of the country at will.

Fuck Trump's 4 pillars, I'd rather be dragged in front of the cameras.

Of course according to most Republicans, we don’t have 5th Amendment rights. So much for being persons under the law.

How is the Goodlatte bill consistent with Trumps pillars? It only covers daca recipients not the 1.8 million trump proposed, it also doesn't give citizenship.
