Schumer is not our friend.... I am going to get lots of hate for this, but I am also not a fan of Durbin. He should have made sure that we got 60 votes back in 2010 and he failed miserably. He should have resigned from the Senate back then.

I think the proposal was too narrow by trying to appease the Dems but then it lost too many votes on the Rep side
