Reconciliation is very limited in scope as to what it can do. If it doesn't directly do with revenues it cannot pass with 51 votes.

Not saying they can't write it in strange ways, but here's what'd happen.

Lets say that Rs and Dotard ram through a shitty wall billl with reconciliation before democrats take congress. Next budget bill allocates $200 to paint a caricature of Donny on whatever part is actually up.
