the Supreme Court didnt take the case, so it has to go through the 9th circuit first which is pretty liberal.
SCOTUS at best will take it up in the fall or even next year. they also didnt take the DACA DL v Arizona case either, i see a trend that the Supreme Court doesnt want to touch anything related to DACA right now.
