Honestly I don't even think there will be much coverage for DACA for a while unless the Trump administration is successful on their next round. TPS was just revoked for Nepal and Honduras is next so the main focus will probably be on that all summer but nothing will get done. CIR at this time especially with Trump and this congress is a pipe dream........hope I'm wrong

Immigration reform can be done in phases . It can start with those who came as children - this can also protect childhood arrivals who will lose TPS and cover aged out Dreamers.
Then another group.
Ideally it would be taking care of all. One never knows.
I saw USCIS is also taking benefits away from h1b spouses...they want to send to actual prison, parents seeking asylum. It's so demoralizing..

I don't think so, but then again this is Sessions' wet dream and he gets to do it one more time...

That's the gamble. But then again, it will bolster his base. So, I don't see why he wouldn't do it.

Anyone know what is so special about July? Or when this new push is supposed to come?

Sen. Lindsey Graham said Sunday he expects another push in Congress to reach an immigration deal “by the spring, early summer.”

I still want to know what is so special about this specific time of the year. They let the budget pass without resolving this issue, so what is the impetus for them to fix it in July?

Maybe they know something we don't or they expect DACA to be ended once and for all.
