It's just fucking mind boggling to me that Congress has just thrown this issue to the side ever since the courts intervened. Going by that logic it seems that Congress will be taking up the issue again because now we got this Judge Hanen threat looming over us. None of this bullshit would matter if Congress just passed a damn law.

Congress doesnt have the courage to do what is right, especially not to close to the electoral season. So now all the congressmen are going to sit around and do nothing while we get fucked over, and damaged.
