Not like that matters if enough Republicans don’t sign the petition. Plus those optimistic about Republicans singing have said that more than the 25 (?) Republicans needed would sign.

Word on the street is that some conservatives are waiting to see if leadership is able to come up with a solution soon, if not, they will sign the petition.
