Sec 102, (b)(1)(C).

212(a)(6)(G) pertains to student visa violators. A student visa violator is only someone that got it to go to a private high school and enrolled in public one.

Here are 3 people to call right now - all of whom have publicly said they are on the fence: Dem @RepCuellar: 202-225-1640 GOP @RepNewhouse: 202-225-5816 GOP @RepDennisRoss: 202-225-1252"

Correct me if I’m reading this wrong, but SAF act bars “anyone deported or previously ordered deported” from applying? So if you have a removal order, you’re SOL? Is this even a solution to anything lol?

I would consider that a compromise. It's a miracle if we are ever going to get anything. They want to provide relief to as few people as possible. We are going to have to take what we can get in this political climate.

It's really just people who abused the student visas to go to public school or have 2 year foreign residency requirements.
