Dan Newhouse just walked out of the chamber. He has not signed the discharge petition, but the House has not adjourned yet.

(They need 218 signatures on the discharge petition if they're going to force a vote before the end of June.)

Apparently the moderates are taking the few hours they have before the House adjourns to consider their options.

They're not *not* signing the discharge petition. But they also haven't *signed* the discharge petition. So anyway, Congress is cool. Lawmakers are decisive.
