I am reading that whatever executive order gets signed, it will be challenged in court.

This is due to children being detained with their parents as a unit. This violates some Court ruling so it is illegal.

So brace yourselves for more drama sorrounding the issue.

Presumably because some Flores court settlement. Minors cannot remain detained for more than 20 days.

So keeping families together in a cage is not an alternative.
