That is a good point, they should push the rulling with a 8 person court

Chuck Schumer should say, “we wont vote for Trumps SCOTUS nominee, because its an election year.”

Now even when Democrats win back the Whitehouse and Congress, you will have Republicans using lawsuits to push their agenda.
Explain to me how many times Kennedy has voted for liberal policies? How will it be any different from another Supreme Court judge who will also be voting no against liberal policies?

If this was a liberal judge retiring then they’d be some concern but this doesn’t change the voting count. Y’all act like if Kennedy caucused with the liberal judges, geez relax!

Same sex marriage
Abortion rights

That's without me even trying. He was a swing vote on social issues, no doubt.

Swing vote for what? You wanna know how many wins he has given Trump in this month alone? FIVE!

The guy has sided with Trump in every issue this month, handing his administration 5 straight Supreme Court wins. He is not going to be any different from the next guy that gets nominated.

That's the narrative being pushed, but his rulings say otherwise.

Kennedy is pretty conservative, there are only few exceptions like gay marry, but Kennedy is a reliable right-winger.
