Based on an estimate. After August 8th it will be transferred to SCOTUS and it will take another 2-3 months for final decision. Thats how i came up with 3-4 months.

Coincidentally (sarcasm on), it's enough time for Trump to announce his nominee and for him to get voted in. Texas doesn't want to risk a draw and lower court decision to stand.

Agree, i don't think any DACA bill can pass this close to the midterm election.

We don’t even know if the Supreme Court will take up the case . I see this being drawn out till next year .
